These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Keystone Cash website located at keystonecash.app, our mobile application, and any related tools, features, or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Keystone Cash LLC (“Keystone Cash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Key Product Disclosures
A) Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
The Annual Percentage Rate, or APR, represents the yearly cost of borrowing and is expressed as a percentage. It may reflect both interest owed and certain associated charges. Based on your eligibility profile and the specific offer extended by the provider, the APR available for products surfaced through the Services may reach as much as 35%. Before you decide to move forward with an application, the provider will disclose the applicable APR along with any related fees.
B) Repayment Terms
Repayment schedules depend on the provider you select, the specific product being offered, and the laws of your state. Generally, repayment periods can range anywhere from 3 to 24 months, depending on the option you accept and what is permitted under your state’s rules. Your payment schedule, exact due dates, and the total amount owed will be provided to you by the provider before you complete an application or accept any offer.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is greater) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Services are intended for users located within the United States.
3. What Keystone Cash Does
Keystone Cash operates as an informational and matching platform. Our role is to help users learn about and compare cash access products (such as cash access applications), potential personal loan options, and credit card products that are offered by third parties. Keystone Cash is not a lender. We do not originate loans, extend credit, issue credit cards, or make any credit or underwriting decisions.
4. No Loan Origination, No Financial Advice
Keystone Cash does not itself provide loans, cash advances, or credit cards. Any financial product you may reach through the Services is offered by an independent third party — such as a lender, issuer, marketplace, or another provider. The content shown on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only, and it is not intended to constitute financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. Before applying, always read the official terms, disclosures, and agreements provided directly by the third-party provider.
5. Third-Party Offers, Links, and Services
The Services may display, hyperlink to, or otherwise integrate with third-party websites, mobile apps, offers, and platforms (“Third-Party Services”). Keystone Cash does not control Third-Party Services. Your interactions with Third-Party Services are governed by their own terms, privacy statements, and disclosures. Keystone Cash is not responsible for Third-Party Services, including any content, availability, pricing, fees, APRs, eligibility standards, underwriting practices, approvals, delivery, customer support, or disputes that may arise from them.
Important: APRs, fees, repayment terms, funding timelines, and eligibility requirements vary among providers and are subject to change at any time. Not every applicant will receive an offer.
6. User Information and Account Access
To use certain features of the Services, you may need to share information about yourself. You agree that all information you supply is truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials associated with your access and for all activity that takes place under your account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
Use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the operation or security of the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized entry into any account, system, or network associated with the Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except where permitted by applicable law.
Use automated tools such as bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the Services without our prior written consent.
Introduce, upload, or transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, software, logos, designs, layouts, and other content (other than user-submitted content) — are owned by Keystone Cash or its licensors and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.
9. Feedback and Suggestions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services, you agree that Keystone Cash may use, adapt, and implement your feedback without any obligation, restriction, or compensation to you.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keystone Cash disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, free of errors or security issues, or that any results obtained through the Services — including the availability or terms of any offers — will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Keystone Cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services or any Third-Party Services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the total aggregate liability of Keystone Cash for any and all claims related to the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keystone Cash and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or are connected with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) any breach of these Terms by you; or (c) your violation of any right of a third party.
13. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue any part or all of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
14. Changes to the Services or These Terms
We may modify, add, or remove features of the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes to the Terms, we will indicate the revised Effective Date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after any updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the state in which Keystone Cash is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal proceeding shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Severability
If a court or arbitrator determines that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms — together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices we publish — represent the entire agreement between you and Keystone Cash concerning the Services, and they supersede any prior communications or understandings.
